PRODUCTION TIME FOR SHIPPING

All 14K and 18K pieces designed by Alexandra Mae are made to order and may require up to 4 weeks to be prepared for shipment. While we strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible, we ask our customers to kindly acknowledge this production window due to the manufacture of our products.

 Each piece is made to order with exceptional attention to detail, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks (excluding holidays) for production (sometimes sooner).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders from Alexandra Mae, please be aware that customers are responsible for any taxes and duty fees incurred during customs processing. As these charges are determined by each country's customs regulations, we are unable to pre-calculate them for you.
